Birds

General advice for all seeds mixtures.

The daily administration of bird food must correspond to the average amount consumed in 24 hours, taking care to ensure before each administration to clean and wash the feed trough. This hygienic practice should also be applied for the water, ensuring clean fresh water is always available.

Egg food and complementary

General advice for all egg foods.

Germination seeds, fresh fruit, water, or others can be added.
Resting period: ¼ of the daily food ratio, 2 to 3 times per week
Breeding period: ¼ of the daily food ratio, do not provide egg food the first day
Moulting period: ¼ of the daily food ratio.
 

Yellow Egg food
Petit King Yellow Egg Food, ideal for all cages birds, is a complete egg food containing vegetable proteins, all the needed vitamins, amino acids and minerals needed for a healthy growth, development or maintenance in every stage of the birds live.  

Red Egg Food
Petit King Red Egg Food, ideal for all cages birds with a red factor, is a complete egg food containing vegetable proteins, all the needed vitamins, amino acids and minerals needed for a healthy growth, development or maintenance in every stage of the birds live as maintenance of the red factor.

Insect eating birds egg food
Petit King egg food for insect- and fruit eating birds is a complete egg food containing animal and vegetable proteins, all the needed vitamins, amino acids and minerals needed for a healthy growth, development or maintenance in every stage of the birds live.  

Basic Egg food
Our Basic Egg Food, White and Yellow are two basic variation that can be perfectly used as a base for tweaking your own egg food. Although our Basic Egg Food contains all the necessary components such as proteins, amino acids, vitamins and minerals enabling it to be given as a finished egg food, its structure  lends its perfectly to add at pleasure for example extra egg, fruit, germination seeds, other seeds, ....
Tip: be careful when repairing egg food for white canaries to use only White egg food and not to add ingredients that can alternate the color.
